John W. Grove, my pops, passed away on November 20th, 2020. He passed away due to multiple health issues. The last one being liver cancer. Unfortunately he was not able to go through chemo in time. Everything happened so quickly. Within the last month, he became bed ridden, unable to speak, loss of appetite, and for the most part unable to function without assistance.


Anyone whoever came into contact with my pops would tell you he is the most loving generous soul on this planet. He helped others before himself. My pops loved to go fishing and camping and loved his family very much. My Grammy , his wife and life long partner of 48 years devoted herself to taking care of him during all his illnesses she made it her full time job to make sure he was taken care of. Because she made that her full time job unfortunately it left her with no income of her own. Since she had no income and depended on my Pops she is now left short to take care of his final expenses, and to help her begin to stand on her own two feet alone. She has a long journey ahead of her so anything will help.

I know times are hard and anything donated is greatly appreciated. I know my pops would be so happy to see all the help, love and support to his wife after his passing. I am so grateful for you taking the time to read this and I’m sure the rest of my family would be as well.
