Hi all, I’m doing this in the hopes of helping my school friend Dave Catley and his children Zed and Kestra, along with his sister Ria and extended family members, be able to travel from NSW to Queensland for the funeral of Dave’s beautiful beloved daughter Gabriela.

On Sunday the 27th October, 2024, Gabi committed suicide at the tender age of 12.5 years young. The effects of bullying and torment became too much for Gabi to endure the pain anymore. This is a heartbreaking story and I am leaving the full story for Dave to tell in his own time.

I’m reaching out for help, to cover the costs for Dave and his family to travel to Queensland to farewell his precious angel Gabi. Her brother Zed and sister Kestra never got the chance to say goodbye and this is where they all need our help, as friends and a community of Penrith high schoolers, please help in any way you can to ease the burden of this tragedy.
