The Passing of Bob Wunsch Jr.- Family in need

Donation protected
My dad was born Robert Franklin Wunsch Jr on September 22, 1960, but everyone knew him as Bob. On January 9, 2020 my father fell into his last sleep, and was found unresponsive and later declared deceased. I, his daughter Janine, was the first family member to find out by a call from the investigator on his case.  This was an is a very tragic and unexpected death for our family and others who truly cared for him.

He impacted many peoples lives in a positive way. His sense of humor would always have you crack a smile or bust up laughing and his wise knowledge of the world would humble you and make you grateful for the things we are lucky to have. He was wise beyond this universe and his soul will shine on amongst our lives and memories for many years to come.

Bob was the son of Caroline Wunsch, who passed in 2016, and Robert Wunsch Sr. He had two younger siblings Sandra and Kirk Wunsch. He was loved dearly by his parents and was a proud brother who was a great example to his siblings growing up. Bob always had an enthusiastic, optimistic, creative approach towards life and loved to write poetry, short stories, and scripts about his view on life. He was a history buff and had studied many different cultures in the world which he continued to have a great interest towards throughout his life.

Bob was the father of two children myself, Janine, and my brother Jake Wunsch. For those of you who don't know, my dad had been visiting my brother almost every day for almost 4 years now. Jake had lost oxygen to his brain, due to an accidental incident, resulting in a life changing amount of brain damage. This devastated his family and the many people who knew him, but my dad took it especially hard. There is nothing harder than seeing your own child go through that and he would give anything to see him come back to life.

Despite the many hardships he encountered, my dad loved his kids to death and always kept a positive mentality for our lives to be lived at our fullest potential. He didn't have a lot to give but he always gave what he could, whether it be used paints he came across for me  since he knew I needed some, or lend his ear for you to talk to when you're feeling down.  He would joke around and reminisce, and it would make you forget what you were upset about.

My dad truly deserved a lot more in this life. Although many of his dreams left with his soul, I want to carry on his legacy the best way I can. I want the celebration of his life to continue for many years to come, because I feel what he brought to this earth is very rare and should forever be respected and cherished.

Our small family is in need of help with the expenses following Bob's passing, since we cannot afford the costs at this time.  Any donation contributed will be appreciated for this very unfortunate ending to a beautifully unique life.
