Hi my name is anthony, but more importantly this is my little baby boy Rio. He’s a chihuahua/pitbull mix and he was born with hip dysplasia. His hip recently popped out terribly and he needs immediate surgery in order to put a metal rod to connect his hip with his leg again. He’s in so much pain and I need help with the X-Rays/Surgery/Medications. He will have his leg cut off if we don't get this surgery done soon. I do not have the means to pay and help my baby boy right now and if anyone could please help Rio I would be forever in debt to you.
