Rinna has been fostering cats for about three years and there is currently a Panleukopenia outbreak within her foster home of ~8 cats, half who are kittens. One already needs to be hospitalized but the rest need to be fast tracked to vaccination and quarantined with possible hospitalizations soon which for than many cats can costs Thousands
