Riley’s new hips

Hi, my names Rachel and I own a dog called Riley she is my world , she is 3 years old and have recently found out that both her knees and hips are poorly. She used to be lively and energetic little girl but because of her condition she is in a lot of pain so spends a lot of time laying down, I would love my lively little girl back again and we’ve just found out the insurance will only cover the knees . The vet told us it’s £4000 per hip and she needs both replacing, so I would appreciate a little help, Thankyou so much for taking the time to read this xx
