Riley "Paco" Frank Lucero, born on November 13th 1995, passed away on November 12th of 2018. Friends and family of Paco knew him as a man with strong convictions and a full heart. He was always seen with a smile and lifted the spirits of everyone around him, always putting those closest to him first. He touched the lives of everyone who had the pleasure to know him. Friends and family of Riley ask that his life be celebrated and his memory cherished through his funeral. The funds donated here will be used for this purpose, allowing his spirit to be put to rest surrounded by those he loved.
