Hello friends and loved ones!!! Riley Duggan and Lily Derecktor Gaul have been brother and sister for like, 19 years! Wow. It's been a journey. We've always been buddies, but now we're musical partners a new duo: The Spies! We are so happy to release our first single , and music video that we made this summer in Maine! Eliza, our older sister also sang with us in the live video ! We are really excited to continue making music, we've written dozens of songs together, and are really looking forward to recording a FULL LENGTH ALBUM! Unfortunately, we are realizing how expensive the whole recording process can be, this is where YOU come in! :) We are hoping that you could make a small donation to us, so that we can invest all the money into our next album. Rest assured, you will receive the music for free based on a donation of ANY amount!
We probably won't be on tour for a little while, until the world is a bit safer, but we will definitely be hitting the road once it's safe! We would be SO excited if we could have our new album all ready to go with us.
As for the band name: when we were kids, we invented a game called 'Spies' which we still play to this day. It's sort of like hide and go seek meets tag, meets manhunt, meets Call of Duty, meets secret handshakes. We'll teach it to you when we see you on tour! We are so grateful to have such a large network of friends and family and fans who have encouraged us along the way, and we really hope you like the music we created.
