In loving memory of Riley Hinton, forever 10 years old

As many of you may already know, on the 24th of March, Lauren and Stu tragically lost their beautiful 10-year-old son, Riley, after months of an undiagnosed illness. His passing was sudden and has left a hole in their hearts that words can’t describe.

To those lucky enough to be part of Riley’s world, he was the kindest, most caring and sweet boy, with a sense of humour that could light up a room. He was truly one of a kind—gentle, thoughtful, and full of love.

The devastation this has brought to their family is unimaginable. Losing a child, a brother, a grandson, a nephew, a cousin, and a friend so suddenly has left them heartbroken. No parent should ever have to go through this.

If you know Lauren, Stu and their family, you’ll know just how big-hearted and generous they are—they’d do anything for anyone. Now, it’s our turn to give back.

We’re raising funds to help ease the financial pressure during this impossible time, and to give Riley the beautiful send-off he deserves. Anything you can contribute—no matter how big or small—will make a difference and will mean the world to the family.

Riley was full of life and had such unique little loves. He was obsessed with LEGO and could spend hours building with it. He had a huge collection of teddies—hundreds of them, each one loved. He adored Minecraft and video games, and he brought so much joy to everything he did.

There are so many things we could say about Riley—so many beautiful memories—but even just these few give you a glimpse into the special boy he was.
