Help Riley get his birthday money back

My name is Tracy,I work in a community area where a young child has come into our shop, very excited to be spending some of his birthday money. This young child's funds have since disappeared fron his wheelchair and he's been left with no birthday money.Were unsure if he's been a victim of crime or unfortunately it may have fallen from his chair whilst travelling home.
