https://www.facebook.com/groups/378559843070612/  This page is for a young boy age 13 called Riley Clifton from Lincoln, UK. He is battling cancer for the 3rd time.  Riley underwent major surgery on 10th Feb 2020 at Leicester Glenfield Hospital.  Riley had some of his heart membrane, very bottom of lung, 2 ribs and half his diaphragm removed as the tumour was so big and so stuck. He did amazing and got discharged straight from icu after 6 days!!!  Now histology has come back this isn't a Rhabdomyosarcoma as previously thought but it is a 3rd Wilms relapse.  Rileys had a stem cell harvest at Sheffield Children's Hospital in March and has completed high dose chemotherapy. This could have been up to a 3 month stay in Sheffield, but as usual Riley did it his way and did it in 3 weeks! Riley also had surgery in March to remove a nodual found on his remaining kidney. Histology came back that wasn't Wilms. That nodual was actually Adult renel cell carcinoma!!!! This was a huge shock and surprise age 13! This was removed successfully. He is currently having radiotherapy at Nottingham City Hospital. The last part of his treatment!! We want to raise as much as we can to help support Riley and his family with travel expenses, food, petrol, bills, treats and anything they may need to get by at this difficult time. Thank you in advance for your help.  Rileys full story......  Riley was diagnosed with a Wilms tumour in 2010 aged 3. Riley underwent chemotherapy and surgery. After months of treatment he was given all clear scans and went on to regular check ups at the hospital that treated him, Queen's Medical Centre in Nottingham. Sadly, in October 2011 at one of Rileys follow up scans it was found he had relapsed with Wilms. This time Riley underwent 12 months of intense chemotherapy and 3 weeks radiotherapy, including major surgery. Riley became extremely poorly, lost all his hair, lost alot of weight and missed out on alot of school. Thankfully, on the 12/12/12 Rileys end of treatment scans were all clear! After some time he went back to school, regained his health, became an avid footballer with a local youth Sunday league team, he is a huge Liverpool fc and Lincoln city fc fan, he started secondary school and was just an all round polite, well mannered happy young boy. This page and Rileys Facebook page #Rileycliftonyoullneverwalkalone, has been created because sadly, after being very unwell in the summer holiday's 2019, a few trips back and forth to the local gp and then ending up back at Nottingham Qmc, it was found Riley yet again has cancer age 12. On the 5th September he had major surgery to debulk the tumour that filled his entire left side, the tumour has pushed his heart to the right side and collapsed his left lung. He spent 6 days in PICU, had half his bodys blood supply in transfusions and had 3 days of intense chemotherapy. The tumour measured 26x19x19cm has now been diagnosed as a 3rd relasped wilms tumour. Riley will be tested for a gene fault to see if he has the dicer1 gene or another mutated gene to see why he keeps getting cancers and relaspes.  His amazing attitude and positivity is truly inspiring at just 13 years old.  Riley has a long road ahead and with your help, his parents and family can focus on souly him, instead of financial struggles and travel expenses.  Thank you for all continued support xxx #Rileycliftonyoullneverwalkalone
