Riley Burke's Tufts Education Fund

Our father, Joseph F. Burke Jr., passed away peacefully at Berkshire Medical Center Saturday, May 28th, surrounded by love & family. The biggest passions of his life were his children, grandchildren and his cat, Chloe. When we were making arrangements for services, the option in lieu of flowers came up. We initially thought of his youngest still going through college or something for the benefit of animals. Since Riley is a recent pre-veterinarian UMass graduate and will be starting grad school at Tufts University to become a veterinarian this fall, we thought it was fitting that this cause checks off both boxes in his memory.

Joe was so proud of his children, and he never missed an opportunity to brag about their accomplishments, especially his youngest daughter and her chosen career path. He would be happy to know his beloved cat, Chloe, is making herself cozy at home with his youngest grandchildren and that his veterinarian daughter will also be taking great care of her.

We ask that if you would like to donate in his memory, it goes towards Riley's tuition costs at Tufts University for the best veterinarian his Chloe girl could ask for.
