Riley Blake

Hello My name is Samantha, as most of you

Know my nephew Riley was struck by a truck

on Thursday evening. He is currently receiving

care at Childrens Hospital of Minneapolis. He was lifeflighted there with numerous injuries. He has fractures to both arms a rib his pelvis,

and has alot of road rash as well as 11 stitches

in the back of his head. His mom has been with him every moment and will continue to be. With that being said she is out of work for the immediate future while Riley has to undergo

Alot of Therapy. All funds will go to Katie and Riley to help with medical cost as well as transportation to Therapy.
