We are a group of loving friends helping to support Rika Fernandez as she recovers from near-fatal injuries.
On June 24th Rika was the passenger in a tragic auto accident. Miraculously, Rika survived the accident but has a long road of recovery ahead of her.
Since the accident, she has been upgraded from critical condition to sub-acute. Rika's mother, Sara, has been by her side day and night. Due to the nature of Rika's injuries, Sara will want to spend the next six-months focusing on her daughter's recovery and rehabilitation. Sara is self-employed and will be Rika's primary caregiver- a 24 hour-a -day job.
We are raising money to help pay the bills for the next six months so Sara can focus on her daughter's well-being.
Sara and Rika are loving and caring human beings, always willing to help others. In this most desperate time we ask you help them.
There has already been a tremendous demonstration of love and support from those closest to Rika and Sara, and we ask that you join in this circle of love by sending prayers, and making a donation to help these warrior women on their road to recovery.
