The DIY Face Shield Project

What we are doing:
- designing and building face shields with materials available in any hardware store
- making them as fast as we can for doctors, nurses, EMTs, and any workers who should be wearing them
- ramping up creation and distribution across the US

We want to give people an easy place to contribute, be 100% transparent, and give anything we have left over to a worthy non-profit.  We intend to ramp this up, fill need and shut it down as soon as the need is satisfied.

It costs just $5 in materials to make each shield. We've already shipped face shields to more than 20 hospitals across the country!

We have not established ourselves as a non-profit.
Our shields have not been certified by anyone.
We DO NOT make or imply any licensing or specific purpose for the protection. We offer this to people for their use/discretion.

Thank you for your support!
