Rigby Family!

Valentine's Day is traditionally a day of celebration, love and happiness. But for the Rigby family, Valentines Day of 2017 is one that will be associated with tragedy. On Tuesday February 14, Heather and Dave Rigby and their son, Ben, received news that no family should ever hear. Heather and Dave's son, and Ben's twin brother, Shannon, sadly passed away at the age of 18. Shannon was a well respected member of our community and started refereeing at Kilsyth Basketball in 2013. Sadly, Shannon's passing was not the only shocking news the Rigby family would receive, as Heather was diagnosed with Breast Cancer on the same day. Heather is now facing the biggest battle of her life, both with her health and the wellbeing of her family, and we need the help of our loving local community to assist the Rigby family in this time of need. Every cent will help this wonderful family as their life has turned upside down.

All donations received will go towards Shannon's funeral and Heather's ongoing medical costs.
