Ride for the Living: Remember & Rebuild
Donation protected

Andrew, Cameron, Lauren and Jamie Rubenstein are embarking on a meaningful journey to Poland to participate in Ride for the Living, a 60-mile bike ride from Auschwitz-Birkenau to the Jewish Community Center (JCC) in Krakow. This ride is more than just a challenge—it’s a powerful tribute to resilience, remembrance, and the thriving Jewish community in Krakow today.
We’re raising funds to cover our travel expenses, bike ride entry fees, accommodations, and a donation to the JCC in Krakow, which provides crucial support and programming to Holocaust survivors and their descendants and fosters Jewish life in the city. We will also be traveling to Chrzanów, Poland where our grandfather, Solomon Jucker, was born and raised before he immigrated to the United States after surviving the Holocaust with his three siblings. We will be exploring his hometown, seeing where he grew up and where his family's bakery started in the 1800's.
This experience is deeply personal to us, as we are third generation descendants of a Holocaust survivor, and we’d be so grateful for any support you can give. Whether it’s a donation, sharing our GoFundMe page, or words of encouragement, every bit helps us get closer to our goal.
Join us in honoring the past and celebrating the future. Thank you for being part of this journey with us!
