Ride for R.H.Y.S 'charity bike ride.'

On 29th May 2021 I will be cycling 560 miles
in 8 days with three friends from Coventry to Newcastle, across to Liverpool and back to
Coventry.
My son Rhys was 13 years old when he passed away on 17.06.20 after a short battle with
Rhabdomyo Sarcoma. His dying wish was that I would raise money to help other kids and
their families facing Cancer.
I have started a charity in his memory with 5
other trustees and this will be supporting local kids and families to have days out as they face the worst news and such a fight. The charity is developing with local partners to provide days out and experiences to raise a smile and give
hope emotionally, even momentarily.
Our Rhys had the opportunity to experience
days out in between treatment which made
such a difference. ‘Ride for Rhys’ is an event
that will raise funds for Raising the Hopes of
Young Stars R.H.Y.S. the charity in his memory.
