Hello Everyone! My name is Ricky and I'm a Dramatic Baritone opera singer. I'm very excited to share with you about my abroad singing opportunity in Assisi and Rome, Italy this summer from June 29 - July 17, 2025, to take part in a once-in-a-lifetime singing festival. I will have the opportunity to perform solo repertoire with an accompanist as well as perform choral works with choirs every day except Sundays. In addition, I will also have the opportunity to perform in 6 - 8 concerts, sing for Masterclasses in Baroque vocal music, and sing with the Festival Choir for Sunday masses at the Basilica of St. Francis in Assisi and the San Rufino Cathedral. Singing has always been my passion, and this trip is a big step towards pursuing my dreams as a singer.

I want everyone to feel confident in how their funds will be used, so here's a breakdown of the trip cost totaling $5,400:

$1,600 - Round trip - Non-stop flights from NYC to Rome, Italy

$2,900 - Room and Board (15 days in Assisi and 2 days in Rome)

The rest of the funds will cover festival fees, transportation within Italy, and any unexpected expenses. The festival fees include things like rehearsals, workshops, performances, and excursions.

This is truly a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to immerse myself in another culture, and any amount you're willing to contribute to my goal would be greatly appreciated.
