A few weeks ago my friend Ricky Spearman had open heart surgery. This was a culmination of what has been a tough start to 2023. After multiple visits to the doctor and trips in the ambulance, the Spearman family has been through a lot. Ricky hasn't been able to work and Tammy took a leave to help.

Maybe you know Ricky as a friend, as a parent, or he coached your kid. I love his brutal honesty and that big smile!!
