Ricky is in heart failure.  He is on a transplant list for a new heart.  He lost his job in July and his insurance was cancelled.  He is eligible for Cobra,  but can not afford the premium. If he doesn't have insurance, they will take him off the list. Right now he is close to the top. We would like to help him pay that and pay some of the expenses he has been acquiring going back and forth to  Ochners in New Orleans.  He has exhausted savings and retirement. We urgently need to help him pay this premium as soon as possible.
