My name is Michael and last night a dear friend of mine was killed in a car crash.

Ricky Cruise was a Father, son, brother and a husband. He was a veteran of the US Army which is where we met. We were stationed in Germany together and deployed to Afghanistan in 2009-2010 with the 92 MP CO out of Baumholder, Germany. After leaving the military, Ricky became police officer in Texas which is where is was born. Ricky was a member of the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association®, Chapter 23-4.

Last night Ricky was on his way home from work when a vehicle hit him head on. He was life flighted to the hospital where he passed due to internal injuries.

Ricky is survived by his Wife (Sherri) and daughter (Leah) and countless family and friends.
