The NYFC family is sad to lose our colleague and friend, Chef Rick Meditz who passed away suddenly on April 29, 2018.
For 29 years, Chef Meditz was a key member of NYFC's culinary team most recently as the Executive Chef of Chefs With Altitude and Sky Elite VIP, NYFC's in-flight catering divisions.
Rick Meditz was a kind-hearted gentleman, a talented chef, a proud and devoted husband and father, and a dedicated employee. We were blessed to have known him. He will be greatly missed.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to his wife, Susan and his sons Riley and Zach.
