Rick was an amazing man who always had a smile for you. He believed in you and your ability to overcome any obstacle. He never had an unkind word for anyone.
One his favorite pastimes was to take walks, and he always enjoyed walking by the river and often asked a friend to join him so they could share deep meaningful conversation.
People like Rick should always be remembered for who they are. He was a person that gave all of his heart, all the time sparring nothing.
This month of October 2019, we will offer a celebration of his life. (Date and time TBA) We are also seeking to memorialize him with the Rick Titan Memorial Meditation Bench by purchasing a bench overlooking the river along a pathway from the City of Calgary.
We would also like to make a donation in his name to a center for challenged youths. Rick believed wholeheartedly, that if we could teach young people to meditate, they would have more tools as adults to help create a more loving and peaceful world.
Rick gave his heart and soul to everyone he ever touched. Please help us to create a lasting memorial so that we may continue to share a moment with this gentle Titan.
