My name is Brandy McCloud, wife of Rick McCloud. Rick went into cardiac arrest on Tuesday July 25, 2023 and never regained consciousness. He was disabled and was receiving Social Security disability. The bank has frozen our joint bank account and I cannot gain access to my money until I receive the death certificate and present it to the Social Security office.
