Rick was diagnosed with adenocarcinoma of the esophagus on August 1, 2023. On December 6, 2023 it was changed to Stage 4 metastatic esophogeal adenocarcinoma. In addition to prayers, we could also use some financial support, so we can dedicate our time and efforts to Rick's recovery and treatment. Rick is not able to work at this time. The money will be used for medical supplies, prescriptions, nutritional items, and all of the other things that just seem to pop up during this journey.

Rick has lived his life giving to others. He has helped his son grow into an amazing young man. He loves his dogs, Remy and Mildred, with all of his heart. Rick is a supportive and giving fiance--I couldn't ask for a more loving partner. He helps other people have better lives. He puts his best into every homeowner's project for work. He will give his last dollar to a stranger who needs a cold drink.

We humbly appreciate anything you can do to help lighten our burdens during this long fight.
