Rick Bugera passed away unexpectedly on November 14, 2016.. He was a man loved by many in the community. From his love of the firehouse to his love of the weather, he volunteered his time in helping others. Anyone who knew him, whether from Facebook or as a friend will greatly miss his sarcasm, humor and stubborness.
Rick was a humble person who didn't ask for help much, but now his family needs your help to cover funeral expenses etc.
