I've never done a gofundme before so please bare with me ❤️

We have started this on behalf of our brother Rick. He is our world. No one loves this family more fiercely than he does and we are humbly asking for help to support him through this challenging time.

As many of you know, Ricky has been a paraplegic since he was 13 years old. He’s now 51, and decades of relying on a wheelchair have taken a significant toll on his body. Next Friday, he will undergo surgery to repair a detached rotator cuff in his left arm. For someone who depends entirely on his arms for mobility, this surgery will be a tough one, followed by a long and difficult recovery.

After surgery, Ricky will begin his recovery in a rehab center before hopefully, coming home, where Cindy and I will take over his care. Unfortunately, he won’t be able to work during this time and will be responsible for all medical expenses that insurance doesn’t cover.

We know times are hard for everyone, but if you’re able to contribute in any way, it would mean the world to us. Even a small donation can make a big difference. Most of all, we ask for your prayers as he navigates this journey ❤️
