Richie Ruggiero

It is with a heavy heart that I announce the passing of our dear friend Richie Ruggiero. He passed away in the early morning on 9/16/21 after a long battle with congestive heart failure and kidney disease. He spent his final days at home surrounded by his family, friends, and loved ones. We find peace knowing that he can finally rest and has been reunited with his mother and grandparents in heaven.

 

The list of Richie’s best qualities is a long one. He is best known for his charismatic smile, kind heart, witty sense of humor, and being the best dancer on the dance floor. His warm spirit and vivacious personality brought so much joy to everyone around him. Richie was genuinely loved by all and he genuinely loved everyone in return.

 

Services will be on Thursday, September 23rd from 3:00pm to 7:00 pm at Shook’s Funeral Home in Cedar Grove, NJ. His obituary can be found on Shook’s website using the following link: https://www.shookscedargrove.com

 

The Ruggiero family is absolutely devastated by Richie’s untimely passing. Your support is being requested to help ease the financial burden incurred by our family during these saddening times.
