As you've seen on the news, the flooding we received in Center Point Texas is catastrophic. Our camper, which was our home, along with my in-laws home on the same land, was all destroyed. We are slowly starting the cleaning process, but our camper and everything in it was destroyed. There is no saving it. The water was up atleast 8 feet into the camper from the ground, the water park us 3/4up the walls. We had 2 adults, 4 kids, and 3 dogs living in there. When the floods hit my in-laws were unable to leave, they were trapped in their attic for 5 hours until the waters went down enough to get out. Both husband's truck and his dad's were totaled. 2 of our dogs were trapped in our camper, and one of them were outside. Thankfully they somehow managed to survive! My husband,kids, and myself had just left the day before for our 4th of July vacation. It is by the grace of God that we were not there.

We now need help replacing our camper so my kids can have some sense of normalcy. Insurance is not covering the campers or the shed, only the house. Any amount of donations will help! We are the Richardson family out of Center Point Texas.
