On the night of July 24th 2022 my husband was shot on the South side of Chicago. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Everyone who knew Richie is devastated especially his mother Donnetta and I. He leaves behind 3 children,2 boys and 1 girl ages 10,9,and 11 months. This fundraiser is to help with any funeral and burial costs as well as help with everyday expenses such as rent, back to school stuff things of that sort as most of people who knew him knew he was the breadwinner of his household. Richie and I were together for a long time and I am blessed to have had him for the 16 years I did. However, I am so lost and so very heartbroken and thank every friend,family member and Co worker who are rallying around me it is greatly a deeply appreciated. This terrible incident hit me his family and friends so hard and was unexpected. One thing we did know as well as everyone else is that Richie loved his babies.
