Richard W Hogan Memorial Bench Fund

Accepting memorial donations for an Ocean Grove memorial bench plaque honoring native son of Neptune and Ocean Grove, Richard "Dick" Hogan, who worked his parents' grill, ice cream machine and concession at Ocean Grove's south end before becoming a highly regarded Ocean Grove attorney and civic leader.  He enjoyed the boardwalk with four generations of family looking out from the selected South End boardwalk location.
