We are saddened by the loss of my brother, Richard T. Garcia on April 24, 2025. He was a kind, gentle person who put others needs before his own. Richard was a loving brother, uncle, cousin and friend. We are asking for help to offset his funeral expenses. Thank you so much for your support.
