Hello, my name is Terra and I am the sister of Richard Steele. On August 13th Ricky has earned his wings. We are all devastated and not prepared for the costs. He is survived by two beautiful daughters and one handsome son. Ricky was everyone’s protector and yet everyone’s biggest sweet heart.
