Richard Sloan Camera Fund

Hello, my name is Mike Gunn and I'm hoping to raise money to purchase Richard Sloan a new camera. On June 25th, 2023 Richard was tending to the San Joaquin River as it passes Palm and Nees in Fresno Ca. That evening Richard was purposefully struck and injured by a dirt bike. The incident caused a slightly fractured wrist and bone chip in the wrist and a slightly fractured nose. Also, Richard's camera (and his glasses) were damaged beyond repair. Richard enjoyed his camera and we enjoyed his pictures of nature and his endless work on the river and surrounding areas. Richard had a Nikon Coolpix P950 which costs around $800. It would be amazing to replace that camera for Richard. The newest camera is the Coolpix 1000 and with extra batteries etc. and tax, $1300.
