Richard Rutter medical fund

Some of you might know Dick from his flight navigator days, or from his time in the Vietnam war.  Others might know Dick from the Alameda Architectural Society tours around Alameda, or you might know Dick as the architect that has worked on many Bay Area projects, including ones here in Alameda.  Dick was diagnosed with  Cancer 2 years ago, and has been undergoing treatment.  His latest battle was spinal surgery, from which he is now recovering.  Being self employed, medical insurance benefits are horrible, and assistance from the VA is slow and problematic.  Dick and Annie have exhausted their life savings, and are struggling to stay in their house.
