Richard Notto medical bills

Hi my name is Lori Schools, I am fundraising for Richard Notto.

Richard is the husband of my lifelong friend Molly from Houlton Maine.

Richard has been diagnosed with interstitial idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis with a life expectancy, he is on continuous oxygen therapy.

He now requires very high levels of oxygen exceeding over 10L which worsens with activity.

Richard’s condition is rapidly deteriorating, doctors have told him there is nothing else they can do. The only cure is a double lung transplant, he was told that the cut of age is 70 years old, he is now 72 years of age.

Despite the age requirement his providers has decided to send his information to Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville ,FL, Mayo Clinic agreed to accept his referral regardless of his age.

In July he will need to go stay in Jacksonville for one month to have very rigorous testing.
