Hi, my name is Stacey, a friend of Richie's. We met through Cirque Eloize, yet had been running in the same circles without realizing. I am starting this fundraiser for Richie because, as many of you may know, he had an unfortunate accident doing what he loves best.

He is a talented, versatile performer - dancer, acrobat, hand balancer, etc. - who’s Achilles decided to give out! As movers, injuries can be difficult to overcome, they stop us in our tracks quicker than we anticipate.

Recently, he had to go back for a second surgery to fight a serious wound infection, which delays the healing process, and makes it even harder to get back on his feet. Not being able to move the way you are used to doing, not being able to work, can be debilitating. It is also very difficult to ask for help in these times.
