Dear family & friends,

Our beloved Richard Chavez unexpectedly passed away due to a senseless act on 10/19/2022 in the City of Los Angeles. Richard was a wonderful son, brother, uncle, cousin and friend who touched the lives of those around him. He leaves behind his Mother, Precious Tina Chavez; Father, Manuel Chavez; Sisters Angie, Roseanna, Joanna and Rebecca Chavez; brothers Christopher, Manuel and Albert Chavez.

Richard Chavez dedicated his life to his family and work. Richard loved to skateboard and worked two jobs as a security guard. Richard was a kind loving man with a big heart and just wanted to be a positive role model for his brothers and sisters.

We are all devastated by Richard's loss and were unprepared for the high funeral service cost. We want to give Richard the memorial he deserves, honor his memory and say our last goodbyes.

We are asking for donations to help cover the cost of Richard's funeral. We need to raise $15,000 by November 12, 2022, to afford the funeral service.
