It is with a heavy heart Richard Stephan Jefferies, born February 13th, 1948, loving husband, father of three wonderful boys, and grandfather, sadly passed away on Tuesday, January 28th. Richard and I were married for 47 years. We were high school sweethearts. Richard served for the United States Navy from 1967 to 1973. Please help to raise money to pay for his final farewell. Any contribution is a blessing and greatly appreciated.
