On February 11th, 2021 Heaven gained another angel. Richard "Scott" James AKA Scott La Rock(if you knew him during his hip hop days) passed away unexpectedly. Scott was born on October 28th, 1964 in Huntington Station, NY, he was a devoted father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend who was there whenever you needed him. He was a mentor to many and gave guidance to anyone that he could, even if he didn't know them. He could go to the other side of the country and manage to come home having made a friend, and that was because he loved to talk and get to know anyone that he could. He always had a way of making you smile, even when you didn't want to. We'd all get so mad at him because we'd be half asleep and groggy at 7 in the morning, but not him, he always woke up smiling and joking around. He was also an incredible business man and could sell absolutely anything, his business partners always became lifelong friends. He taught each and everyone one of us so much. He brought so much joy into our lives, and he was someone that we all admired and looked up to. It is so painful to have to say goodbye to such an amazing man who has left us way to soon, and we would like to ask for any help that we can get to lay him to rest, no donation is too small and will be greatly appreciated. It will all go to the costs of the funeral and burial.
