Richard Green travelled with Travel2Palestine in 2013. The visit had a huge impact on him, and he had a huge impact on us! He believed that the best way to effect change was through educating, training and broadening the horizons of everyone involved in the political process, both in Palestine and here in the UK. We are really proud to have worked with Richard's family on helping young people visit Palestine.

Since starting this page in 2018 in memory of our son Richard, four young people joined Travel2Palestine to see for themselves the beautiful but sadly troubled state of Palestine. It is now 2026 and T2P has had to halt its trips. We would like to say how very grateful we are to all who contributed to this fund. For anyone who has read Richard’s book and has seen the message at the end calling for donations to T2P, we suggest Medical Aid for Palestinians might be an alternative to consider. Once again, thanks so much for all contributions. As Richard would say, “That was a good thing!”
