Richard Gomez's legacy Issac & Alethea

As many of you know, we lost our youngest son Richard Gomez, 23 years old, on 2-22-2022; he leaves two young children, Issac, 2 1/2 years old and Alethea, 14 months old. Richard was a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps, stationed in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. He was a compassionate person, always helping those around him. Loving father, son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin and friend. The Marine Corps will cover the children's medical insurance until adulthood and college. We will be using these funds to take the children places and make memories. Richard had wanted to take the kids on a cruise; we planned it for this summer. This will be one of the trips in honor of their father. We are trying to give the kids normalcy while we grieve. Instead of flowers, we feel this would be better for the kids. We are overwhelmed with the support shown so far and can't thank you all enough for helping during this time.
