Hello, my name is Michael. I am raising funds to help cover medical expenses for my father, Richard Giancoli, who recently passed due to a tragic vehicle accident. He was airlifted to Anchorage Providence Hospital from Palmer and received emergency surgery. Immediately following surgery, he seemed to be improving, but passed away days later. During those final days, he was surrounded by his three daughters and three sons.

We will be hosting a Memorial for Richard soon and will post an update when we have a secured date. Richard knew so many people from all over Alaska. Many of you knew him through work or taking his training classes. Some knew him from hunting and fishing or a gun show. He could hold a conversation with anyone and had so many friends. I want to personally thank everyone who has reached out. It means so much.
