My name is Erica, and I am reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for your prayers support, and generosity for my husband, my bestfriend in life, Richard- who has been the love of my life for thirty-two years and the rock of our family.

Richard has been battling a rare severe lung disease that has taken away his ability to live a normal life. Despite his strength,courage, and determination, over the last six months Richard has had a severe decline in his health, and doctors have told us the window is closing and his only chance at survival is a double lung transplant.

Richard is not just a patient- he is a devoted husband, loving father, grandfather, and the heart of our home. He has always been there to help others, and now we are humbly ask for help.

This is not an easy journey by any means. Transplant comes with overwhelming medical costs, lifelong medications, and months of recovery. On top of that we face travel expenses, we must stay eight weeks in another town as Richard recovers, time away from work, and still the day to day cost to care for our family while making sure Richard gets the treatment he desperately needs.

Please help us give Richard the chance to keep fighting and to be here with the family and friends who love him so dearly.
