We are seeking to raise money for a friend:

On 13th Feb 2026 Rick is facing complex, bespoke hip implant surgery with bone grafting to help him remain mobile and free from constant pain. This is not a common procedure, which contributes to the high costs involved. The surgery will also require a recovery period during which Rick will be unable to work.

As the procedure is not covered by the NHS or by insurance, the financial burden is significant and could very quickly double or triple. Donations would be greatly appreciated and will help support Rick, his wife Laura, and their five boys during this challenging time.
