Richard Carriedo

It is with an extremely heavy heart I write this today. The world has truly lost a shining beacon of hope and happiness because Richard Carriedo is no longer with us. His unexpected death came on Tuesday October 3rd, 2023 at the young age of 38. He was so many things but to most who loved him he was the best son, brother, cousin, or friend you could ask for. He leaves behind his Mother Carmen and Father Andres, two brothers Tony and Jr. and his loving girlfriend Kristine. He was soon to be a father, something he had longed for and cherished. The true tragedy is he will never meet his precious baby and be given the chance to be the amazing father he would have naturally been. He truly was a beautiful gentle soul. Who was unselfish and caring. He was an ear that listened to so many in their hard times and would give kind and gentle advice to everyone who was blessed to know him. His smile and laugh was infectious and to not smile around him was impossible. The family is making preparation to bring him back to his hometown in Santa Barbara, CA to be laid to rest but they are facing enormous costs to do so. The family is asking for donations here to help bring him home.
