Richard Budman's Medical Bills and Expenses

Hi, I am Susan, Richard's wife. I am raising money to cover the extensive medical bills and expenses accumulated due to Richard's medical conditions, numerous hospitalizations and subsequent recent death. During his three-year battle with complications from late-stage renal failure (coupled with Covid 19 shutdowns), I put my career on hold and took myself out of the workforce to become his full-time caregiver. During this period and due to my inability to produce additional income, we depleted our savings to cover our living expenses and pay the ongoing, day-to-day medical costs that occur with a long period of illness. While Richard had medical insurance that we thought would suffice, it by no means began to cover what has become overwhelming. I am in the "senior age group" category, and while I am attempting to re-establish myself within the workforce while working through my grief, this has been a slow, complicated process. Having to rely on social security as a primary income source is insufficient to live on, let alone pay off outstanding bills and expenses (I am rapidly approaching eviction). Consequently, I am asking for financial assistance with great humility and no other place to turn to. While I would prefer not to be a person in this place of desperation (and never thought I would be), I embarrassingly find myself there. Any donations will be greatly appreciated.
