Richard Bland’s medical and recovery expenses
Please consider giving if you can to help a family that would never ask for help. Richard Bland was diagnosed with Covid-19 and ended up being in the hospital for three weeks. 8 days of those were in ICU, and the rest of the time was spent on the covid unit. He was finally able to come home, just to start another battle of recovery. He is still on oxygen 24-7 and has a long road of recovery ahead of him. He has been left with damaged lungs, possible heart vessel damage, memory loss, cannot walk without assistance, and has other issues. I have been praying each day for the Bland family, as I know most of us have, and I know what it’s like to need the extra help but never ask. We all know that it takes a village and when we see someone in our village that could use some extra help then that’s what we do. I’m hoping with this that Richard and Deb will be able to pay medical bills as well as get the extra help and treatment he needs. It will also help to pay for the extra costs to keep the house and other needs paid for since he isn’t able work. I have seen Richard and know that his recovery is going to be longer than expected, but our God is good and I know that he will continue to heal him. Richard has been such a big part in our community and has coached and taught all of our kids. This family is amazing. For further updates, please see Debora Bland’s page.
Please consider giving and most importantly pray for them! Thank you so much!
