Rich Parenti

NECA has had countless heroes over the years.  Perhaps none, though, has  been as beloved as the Eastern Region's recently retired Executive Director, Richard Parenti.

During an exceptional career with NECA spanning several decades, Rich was know for his focus on service as well as his commitment to maintaining and advancing the principals and programs of our association.   He has seen and heard it all.  Everyone who worked with him loved his sincerity, insight, vigorous banter, generosity, loyalty and thought-provoking point of view.  All of which has contributed to the significant value that Rich brought to the NECA members on whose behalf he fought. 

Rich's wife, Linda, is retiring as well after 16 years with NECA.

Unfortunately, Richard's fighting days aren't over.  A brain cancer diagnosis has forced our friend to transition to a new battleground. 

Rich has a brain tumor and already has undergone extensive treatment.  That treatment is ongoing and will require substantial resources.

Now is the time for Rich's friends in the NECA / IBEW electrical industry to come together and channel the grit and determination that he championed.
